A Blackboard rubric lists evaluation criteria for a graded activity. Rubrics can help students organize their efforts to meet the requirements of an assignment. Instructors can use rubrics to assess the students consistently against a set of criteria, and to explain their evaluations to students. This workshop will cover the basics of Blackboard rubrics. Participants will learn how to create a rubric, associate it to a graded activity and effortlessly grade using an interactive rubric.
